You know that feeling when you want to get in the car and drive? Blast your stereo, windows down, cigarette in hand. Think of all the things in your life that you wish you can change, a different tomorrow. Not that everything is wrong, but that feeling still slips over you. How do these feelings just attack us and change us? Seeing yourself in such a different light, as a different person, where everything has become something else. Maybe thinking about where you would be now if you wondered down another path, if one single decision changed your whole life. That one yes, that one no, that one moment that completely changed the way your life would be. Do you ever think about that? I cant seem to find out why my mind always wonders there. Thinking about the girl I used to be, where did she go? Was it good that she left? But why am I always wishing that she would come back. When did I loose her? My mind is constantly circling these thoughts. There’s this movie, my favorite movie, Crazy/Beautiful, I must have seen it over 100 times and whenever I feel like this, I watch this movie and it gives me such a comfort with myself. Its not a movie that should make you feel that way, its weird to say that I think this movie actually changed my life. The soundtrack is my favorite thing to listen to with the windows down and my cigarette in hand. It makes me feel whole, It makes me believe. No matter how screwed up someone can be, there is always a way to find yourself. But the question is, is it the person you want to find? Or simply something to mask who you really are? This probably doesn’t make sense. If it does, tell me your thoughts. Share this, share your thoughts, your feelings. This is me putting myself out there, hoping someone is listening.
